Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

This is structural boilerplate generated to the architecture blueprint's requirements. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before the site goes live.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the category of requirement you select, and the commercial details relevant to that category — for example container size and type, quantity, delivery or site location, pickup and destination points, cargo weight, freight mode, ports and commodity type — together with any message you write.

Why We Collect It

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out any resulting transaction. We do not sell it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How Enquiries Are Transmitted

Enquiry submissions are transmitted by email to our sales inboxes using Resend, a third-party email delivery provider. Your submission passes through Resend's infrastructure for the purpose of delivery. It is not sent to any other third party.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to service any resulting transaction, and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not result in a transaction are retained for no longer than is necessary for follow-up.

Cookies and Analytics

Analytics and marketing tracking on this site are controlled by a configuration file and are disabled by default. Where analytics are enabled, they may set cookies to measure how the site is used. Where they are disabled, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. Cookies strictly necessary to serve the site may still be used.

Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Requests can be sent to the contact address published on our contact page.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
