These terms govern use of this website and enquiries submitted through it. They are not a contract of sale; commercial terms for any specific transaction are set out in the quotation, invoice or agreement issued for that transaction.
Container Condition — New and Used Equipment
Containers are traded as both new and used Shipper Owned Containers. Used equipment is sold on an as-is basis and its condition varies by unit, age and prior service history. Any grading, certification or survey status applicable to a specific unit will be stated in the quotation for that unit. Photographs and illustrations on this site are indicative and do not represent the condition of any particular container offered for sale or lease.
Inventory Availability
Container availability is market-dependent and changes continuously across locations. Equipment listed or described on this site is not an offer to sell and does not constitute a representation that any particular size, type or quantity is available at any given location or time. Availability is confirmed only at the point of quotation.
Transportation Delays
Transit times quoted are estimates. Delays arising from port congestion, vessel schedules, road conditions, weather, strikes, regulatory holds, force majeure events or any other cause outside our reasonable control are excluded from our liability. Where a delay becomes known to us we will communicate it as soon as reasonably practicable.
Customs Clearance
Where customs clearance support is provided, it is provided as a support service. Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of declarations, classifications, valuations and supporting documentation rests with the importer or exporter of record. Duties, taxes, penalties and demurrage arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied to us are for the client's account.
Customized and Modular Solutions
Customized container solutions are fabricated to an agreed specification. Dimensions, finishes, fittings and delivery timelines are those set out in the accepted quotation. Site preparation, foundations, statutory permissions, utility connections and local approvals are the client's responsibility unless expressly included in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of production or business interruption.
Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to equipment remaining available at the time of acceptance. Prices are exclusive of taxes and statutory levies unless stated otherwise.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
